Rates and Payment Terms
Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Deposits: A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on the scope of the project.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the service.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Approve content, strategies, and deliverables in a timely manner.
Liability and Limitations
Company Liability: The Company’s liability for errors, delays, or service failures is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the affected service.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.
Claims and Disputes
Claims: All claims regarding service issues must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Georgia, in accordance with Georgia laws.
Intellectual Property
Any marketing materials, strategies, or content created by the Company remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
The Customer grants the Company a limited license to use Customer-provided content solely for fulfilling the contracted services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
SMS Compliance
By opting into SMS communications from Usenvision, you agree to receive marketing and service-related messages at the phone number you provided.

Types of Messages: Customers may receive promotional messages, service updates, account notifications, and special offers.
